Refund policy
All Dissolved Inc. products are printed to order. We take quality seriously, but if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives with a print error, manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@dissolvedinc.us with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
Sizing
Please review our size guide before ordering. Because items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
All Sales Final (Otherwise)
Outside of defects and errors, all sales are final. We don't accept returns for change of mind.
